Fred CLAYTON, Vocals, Bass and Composition, born in Alabama USA in 1958. He moved to Northampton, Massachussetts at an early age to study with Avery SHARP and Bill LEE. He subsequently recorded with various artists including Marion BROWN, Archie SHEPP, Ray COPELAND and MC SOLAAR, as well as playing an active part in the Jazz scene in Boston and New York. In 1992 he moved to Paris where he worked with various artists such, Luther ALLISON, Bernard ALLISON, Karim Albert KOOK and Lucky PETERSON to name but a few. With the drummer, Chris DAILEY, he formed the core of what is now the IRC (International Rythm Connexion) , writing his own material drawing on the various sources of his musical experience, Gospel, Blues, Jazz, Funk and Rap.

the most reputable venues in Paris, Europe as well as regular trips to the States.The
