Many of you might have known me as FreDdy 'the rapper', but I thought I should introduce you all to the FreDdy I know, the FreDdy who was simply a wretch, simply a lost soul, a blinded person, yet now can see, once lost but now is found, just a wretch but now forgiven and restored because of God's incredible love, His amazing grace.
To better portray me, I will tell you a little bit of my background. I was born in Africa, Kenya to be specific. Although my family didn't have it all, God brought us through, and I was blessed enough to have parents who loved God and took me to church EVERY single weekend of my life, in fact I can barely remember a weekend that I missed church. Above all, my parents prayed for us, and enough cannot be said about parents who pray for their children, God honors those prayers.
Right before I approached my teenage years, I was blessed enough to move from my former country to the United States. This was one of the biggest blessings in my life, considering that we didn't have a lot of opportunities to be successful in Kenya, economically speaking.
Life in this new country wasn't easier however, as I joined High School, I was tormented by many kids who because I could not speak as they did, nor dress as they did, chose to mock me, I felt like an outcast. Because of this, I greatly desired to be just as they were, I hated being different, and this caused me to begin indulging in the same things that they loved to do.
I became involved with the wrong crowd, people who loved drinking, smoking and using women, among other wicked behaviors. As the Bible says, "bad company corrupts good character" (1 Cor 15:33), and as I began to spend more time with that sort of company, I fell into the same habits they had, I began to drink, and eventually smoked, and perhaps my worst addiction was to women and in particular, sexual addiction.
These habits greatly impacted my relationship with God, and though I was still going to church, my relationship with God was non-existent at that point. But thank God, because though these sinful habits were a pleasure to me for a short amount of time, soon they began to be unbearable and because of my early introduction to God, the spirit of God began to convict me deeply, and I realized how much I had hurt God as my eyes were opened.
The conviction grew so strong in the weeks and months to come, that at times I could not sleep, until finally I was ready to throw my lifestyle away and for the first time in my life, I wanted to know God for myself. Not just by going to church, but I really wanted a personal relationship with God, I wanted Him to live in my heart, to forgive me and to change me. Through others God had put in my life at that time of need, it was clear that though God was disappointed in me, but thank God for His love that endures forever, He never gave up on me, He loved me with a love words cannot explain, and through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I soon repented of my sins, and gave my life to Him.
This wasn't simply a decision among many, this was the biggest decision of my life, the decision that I hope each one of us can make, a decision that I commit to daily, and ever since then, my life made a complete transformation, I became born again, born of the Spirit and of water. Although my relationship with God was at times rocky in the months to come, I have grown stronger each day, and I could not trade what I have now in God with anything in this world, He is all I need, all my soul was yearning for, what a joy to know Jesus, words cannot explain my brothers and sisters. Do you know Him for yourself?
I am now living simply to glorify His name, all I do and all that I am is owed to Him who gave me His life, took away my sin, and renewed me. My desire is to show all other young people who have been caught up in my former lifestyle that there is hope, you don't have to live in sin, in pain and misery, there is another way, there is a life that you are missing, a life that is truly life, and it's found in Jesus Christ. He can do for you, what He has done for me, yes YOU too are loved by God unconditionally, you too have hurt God, and you too can change, and my life is a testimony of His saving Grace.

I have heard many people give various definitions of grace, but one definition was most captivating to me. The definition given was grace is God giving us what we don’t deserve. In a world where people believe in an ‘eye for an eye’, where the love of many is waxing cold, the thought of God giving us what we don’t deserve, in a positive light, should most intrigue us, not just in our minds, but our hearts.
To start unpacking this word, I am reminded of a scripture in Romans 5:8, “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Grace is indeed a gift, no man deserves it, our conscience testifies of what we deserve, the justice of God has declared that the “wages of sin is death’ BUT (a big but) “the gift of God is eternal life, through Christ Jesus our Lord”, Romans 6:23. I want to take but a moment to minister unto those that are struggling with sexual sin, and yes even as believers in Christ.
I talk about this, because I myself was an addict to sex, a slave to sexual immorality. Brothers and sisters, I speak unto you as one who was addicted to pornography, masturbation, phone sex, and every kind of sexual sin that you can imagine, including intercourse.
Even as a Christian I was struggling with this, I thought I could never be free, I thought I must accept this to be part of me...I was walking right for a few days and then falling into the same sin again...again and again. So if you feel hopeless, trust me, I can relate.

The Stranger
A few years after I was born, my Dad met a stranger who was new to our small Texas town. From the beginning, Dad was fascinated with this enchanting newcomer and soon invited him to live with our family. The stranger was quickly accepted and was around from then on.
As I grew up, I never questioned his place in my family. In my young mind, he had a special niche. My parents were complementary instructors: Mom taught me good from evil, and Dad taught me to obey. But the stranger...he was our storyteller. He would keep us spellbound for hours on end with adventures, mysteries and comedies.
If I wanted to know anything about politics, history or science, he always knew the answers about the past, understood the present and even seemed able to predict the future! He took my family to the first major league ball game He made me laugh, and he made me cry. The stranger never stopped talking, but Dad didn't seem to mind.

God will not place you in an exalted position unless He first prepares you through placing you in humble and belittling circumstances.
Affliction (Suffering, trials) must first come in our Christian walk in order for us to be fully prepared for the wonderful works God intends to do through our lives.
So do not give up on the way, but rather rejoice in your humble circumstances, rejoice in your affliction, in your suffering, for I'm convinced that this is only God's way of purifying us to do His mighty work that He may be glorified.

What has happened to our young people in this day and age, we have completely deserted God, especially my young brothers.
You barely see any young guys in our church buildings today, you barely see young people who are excited to stand up for the truth, to stand up for Christ, to be above their influence.
This is what has been disturbing me lately:
That they know more songs from rappers than they know verses from the Bible.
That their dream for their lives is simply to become models or rappers, singers or actors and actresses because of the lifestyle that is glorified by in being all those things. We seek money and fame, women and wealth than we do the kingdom of God? What is happening? What happened to the desire of being preachers, teachers, missionaries, servants of Christ, doctors, people who want to do the will of God for their lives, instead of planning their lives How they want them.
We have truly fallen off, but you know, as much as this is a young people issue, I put more blame towards our adult society. It's more of a leadership problem from those of us who claim to be Christians. We have all chosen to ignore the problem, rather than standing up and fighting the evil one who is stealing God's people. We must lead in this time, we must show the world the desirable things that come from living a Christian lifestyle, because right now the world is winning our kids because the world seems to be more desirable than God's kingdom, HOW SAD IS THAT and HOW UNTRUE IS THAT? The joy of being a Christian is way greater, but maybe the problem is that we don't have joy as Christians anymore, but that's another topic for another day.

Today God has allowed me to see the great urgency that we now face brothers and sisters, the fact that so many of us who believe in God today, continue to push Him and Delay, thinking that after they done with loving the world, and all it's sinful pleasures, they will then turn their lives to God.
What a lie, my brothers, we live in critical times, times in which we know that Bible Prophecy is being fulfilled right in front of our eyes, times in which not even our lives are promised tomorrow, or even the next second.
Many of our young people have deserted God and now it is considered normal to loose your virginity when 13 years old, to start smoking and drinking when 15 years old, we live in times when it's considered cool to disobey your parents, and times when it's considered weird to love God and live a righteous life.
This is the sort of generation we live in, but we have become so much a part of it that we no longer see our world as a fallen and self-destructing place that is soon passing away, what a shame.

Thanks for opening this, I really encourage you all to read this to the end. It's a very needed and very powerful message that God gave me.
You know we all have self worth, some people feel very worthy for one reason or another, and some feel very worthless for one reason or the other.
Now what I want to talk about is what determines our self worth. For most people, it can be the number of friends you have, it can be the job you have, the car or house you own, your accomplishments or your failures. Nowadays young women and young men even base their self worth through how many girls they sleep with, or for girls, how many guys they sleep with, or even how expensive their clothes are. The list is long, but these are the most common things that determine a person's self worth in this day and age, but you know at the end of it all, it's an empty sense of self worth they have.
It saddens me very much that we base our self worth on perishable things, on temporal things of this world that will soon pass away. Things that really have no value. What is dangerous about putting your self worth on those sort of things is that once they are gone, you then feel worthless, and even while you have them, you still don't truly feel worthy. It's the wrong foundation to start with, a foundation that will not build up the right self worth.

Christians have become toooooo religious and soooooo UNGODLY.
I hope the extra 'o's make it really clear how ungodly we have become, and how religious we have gotten.
It's a shame that nowadays we only care about showing people that we are better than them, rather than showing people God Love's through our lives. NO, I'm not talking about that Christian you know, I'm talking to 'you' AND YES to myself as well.

Surely I don't benefit in anyway from writing this, nor do I write to impress anyone, my only joy is in seeing my brothers and sisters blessed through these messages that God gives me. READ IT!!!
I know that you will truly be blessed from this message, and It will make a difference in how you relate with God. I praise God for helping me understand the topic of grace, it has changed and continues to change how I relate to God.
You know, the topic of grace is one that gives many people a hard time to understand, including me. In one hand, the Bible tells us all of the commandments we must follow if we love Him, and then on the other hand, it tells us that we are not saved by what we do or what we have done, but by His grace and mercy.
Unless God reveals to us how these two things (Grace, and Obedience) make perfect sense when put together, we can easily be deceived by the enemy. Some of us become too legalistic, thinking that we please God because we never do the wrong thing outwardly, which leads to self righteousness, and on the other hand, some people think that grace means you are saved no matter what you do, whether in sin or not, and therefore you don't have to follow His commands. Both of which are wrong.
This topic can be extremely hard unless we ask God for understanding.

Thank you for taking your time to read this, and I believe with all my heart that you will benefit in one way or the other through reading this message that God has put in my heart.
Now I think this message is very timely, because truly many of us still battle with ourselves, with who we are, or even who we were. I'm talking about people who have a hard time accepting every part of themselves, including things like our looks, our weight, height, and sometimes it has nothing to do with our physical appearance, but our self confidence in who we are, what we are worth, and coming to terms with forgiving yourself for whatever you have done in the past, or even things that people have done to you that have affected your self-esteem in one way or the other.
Now I don't care who you are, but among all those things I have identified above, I know you fit in one those groups of people, or used to be one of those, even I use to be. We all battle with accepting certain things about us, especially since we live in a society that wants to control what everyone should look like or dress like, or even act like.
Whatever it is that is causing you to loose your peace and joy, I just want to let you know that the answer is not to battle with your looks because you don't look like the other person, or dress like them, or act like them, or even talk like them. The answer is not to consider yourself less than them and to loose confidence in who you are, simply because you don't fit the 'model' in which everyone is apparently supposed to look like or be like. Don't spend your life mad at yourself or God because you are not someone else who seems to be admired by more people. God made you very unique for a purpose, you are His masterpiece and whatever way you happen to be like, is not because it was a mistake, but because it's all part of God's plan that is still in progress in your life as we speak, that all in all, His Mighty hand be seen in your life.

Thank you for opening up this bulletin, I believe that God through me will give a powerful message that may help many of you.
I believe that this message is very timely, since we are currently living in a time where everyone has a dream they want to fulfill, yet very few actually are chasing a real dream, because many are just chasing a fantasy life, which cannot be achieved in whatever they seek to find.
You know there is many of us who chase dreams simply because we want to prove people wrong, and show everyone that we can do it on our own, I used to be one of those people at one point in my life. Now these intentions may seem to be very genuine, as in fact they are, but this type of motivation can end up very tragic because you will simply find yourselves living to impress others, which is a miserable way to live.
This can also cause much anticipation, because you want to impress people NOW rather than later, which leads to much impatience, which leads to much more worse things as anxiety, finding shortcuts in achieving your dream, which can make you do illegal things, and most importantly, you will loose the enjoyment in everyday life, because your main focus will only be looking at the future, in anticipation for the kind of life you 'think' you will have.
The motivation that is a based on a desire of impressing others and showing them what 'you' can do, is very dangerous.
In the more spiritual aspect of this, you are more likely to start relying on your 'own' power and strength, rather than believing in God so that He can assist you in whatever you are doing, as long as it is For God's glory and not yours.

What you do not understand is that you are a very Big tool for God's purpose on this earth, He has a GREAT plan for your life, a plan to prosper you and not harm you, He has the best plan for your life, and while you are trying to work out the best plan for your life, your plan will not lead you to prosperity, but in poverty. For everything that is outside of God, leads far from prosperity and into poverty, and not the poverty of money, but the lack of happiness, joy and true freedom, THE LACK OF LIFE.
So what is it that you are holding on to that is more important than God your Father?
