Born 1963 in Denmark. Has been working as prof. musician, composer and bandleader since 1981.
Has released 8 albums as a leader and is appearing on 50 others.
Currently leading his own 11 piece band FREDRIK LUNDIN OVERDRIVE.
The band has released 2 award winning albums ("Choose Your Boots" and "Belly-up", both on Sundance Records), and is touring regularily around Europe and Canada.
Fredrik's small band is OFFPISTE GURUS featuring singer Trine-Lise Væring, guitarist Rune Funch, bassists Nicolai Munch or Thomas Vang and drummer Jeppe Gram.
This spring he and altoist Christina von Bülow formed the quintet SILHOUETTE. The bands repertoire is influenced by the beautiful melancholy music of Sweedish barytone player Lars Gullin. Jacob Fischer-guit, Daniel Franck-bass and Jeppe Gram-drums.
