Fred Rinaldi really fell in love with music in the middle of the grunge era, with the sounds of Soundgarden, Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine, Tool, Incubus and many more, far from the first notes taught by his father, inspired by the italian standards of Lucio Battisti.
He formed his first band in 1997, in the style of Deftones and other neo-metal groups. During this first experience, he discovered Jeff Buckley, Ben Harper, Dave Matthews Band, and also world and jazz music.
Over the next few years, he took in all those influences to create his own style with strong melodies and audacious rhythms.
Living in Brussels, he got the support of many english speaking artists from the european capital such as Baï Kamara Jr and Tony Fotheringham (AKA Sipa Bardo) with whom he played at different occasions.
2009 will finally be the year of the release of his first album wich was made possible thanks to the exceptional participation of renowned international musicians, seduced by the project!
Fred Rinaldi rencontre la musique en pleine vague Grunge, aux sons de Soundgarden, Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine, Tool, Incubus et bien d'autres, loin des premiers accords enseignés par son père, tels ceux des standards italiens de Lucio Battisti.
En 1997, il forme son premier groupe dans la veine Deftones et autres groupes de néo-métal. Après cette première expérience, il découvre Jeff Buckley, Ben Harper, Dave Matthews Band, mais aussi d'autres sonorités dans les musiques du monde entier et côtoie quelques jazzmen qui lui ouvrent des perspectives nouvelles.
Les années suivantes il digère ces multiples influences pour créer son propre style aux mélodies fortes et aux rythmiques audacieuses. Installé à Bruxelles il reçoit le soutien de nombreux artistes anglophones de la capitale européenne, tels Baï Kamara Jr et Tony Fotheringham (AKA Sipa Bardo) avec qui il jouera à de nombreuses reprises.
2009 sera enfin l'année de la parution de son premier album, réalisé avec la participation exceptionnelle de musiciens de renommée internationale, séduits par le projet!
