Fred Simmons has been studying Taekwondo for over 20 years. Trained under 6th degree master instructor Roy Powers and a former national champion himself, Fred Simmons is a nationally ranked martial artist and a 4th degree black belt. Following his victory at the 1991 Las Vegas Invitational tournament, Fred Simmons founded Concord Taekwondo in 1993 and now has over 150 students. Concord Tae Kwon Do offers a variety of individual and group classes, and helps each student achieve his or her personal goals. Fred Simmons and his dedicated staff believe that tae kwon do training provides a solid foundation to build confidence, strength and discipline.
