Having travelled most of the globe for the past Decade on a life quest for inspiration, musically and lyrically, Paul has managed to blend some of the styles of his favourite places in to one unique sound that is Don's goodbye cafe. Hailing from Belfast originally, the Devil took a hold of many a soul in that place let me tell ya!!! Something set the pace for a vagrant journey. What unfolded next was no ordinary tale, from the bookstalls of Bogota to the slum end of the mind " Vagabond songs from the dusty grove", was born. London being a stepping stone early on. A bridge to the bigger picture if you will, Prague, Berlin, Mexico, Russia and Asia just some of the stops along the way. The gypsy feel of the east becoming a part of the spice in the mix with Mexican and Central American flavour the journey continued staying one step ahead of a hangover, the longing for a decent pint of plain has grounded this flying bird back home in Sligo.
