About me: Since August 21,1996 Brandon has been sitting in a Ca. Maximum security prison for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.He is currently in Imperial.He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole because of the felony murder rule.All he is guilty of is getting into a fist fight in a dark fort after he was attacked..The person who did the killing admitted it in court.Brandon had no idea what happened and did not take part in or kill anyone but because of the felony murder rule and a lying prosecutor he now sits there forever!He had no priors and no record.The case was based on the sole eye witness testimony of the town weed dealer who the detectives didn't even believe.But the prosecutors used him anyways.At the most, Brandon is guilty of making some bad decisions but in no way guilty of murder.This case is truly an American Injustice story and I beg you to please help him!Please go to the website WWW.BRANDONHEIN.COM to read up on the case and see the Documentary movie called "RECKLESS INDIFFERENCE".He does not belong there.Thank you so much for helping him it means alot to me and his family!Brandon has never seen this site since he is in prison and is not allowed to use a computer.I will forward any communications or comments you would like to express by mail.We really want to help him and his family find freedom and I cannot believe this was allowed to happen.I got into trouble when I was younger in 92' and being locked up was for me the best thing that ever happened.It changed my life forever in a good way.So I do believe in the system and an eye for an eye.I do not agree in letting crime go unpunished but this is truly a disgrace to the justice system.Thanks for your time in this matter and feel free to leave comments of support for Brandon!Thanks!

AdvoCare's Family and Youth Defense Fund is established as a legal defense fund using AdvoCare's current tax exempt status and charitable purpose under their Family Bound program. The purpose of the fund would be to provide assistance in general actions, individual cases, or for filing amicus briefs where the outcome of such cases may effect our members and the general public in areas related to our organizations charitable purpose, goals, and description of activities. Wow this a great news, although I know this is just a first step towards your freedom, it is a first step! Although I am not a great fan of Arnold, because of some of the decisions he is making which involves prisoners, this is for one a good decision, the best decision would be freedom, but like I said it is a start. Brandon you are one courageous guy....I am proud of you. In your recent letter you talked about when you get out - that you want to move to Seattle and open your own tattoo shop, that is wonderful and you deserve all of your dreams.
