Building business models with passive income streams is my primary passion today. When Im not working in my business I love staying active and enjoying time with my son Tyler and spending time with family and friends. I love snow skiing, and slow-pitch softball: I achieved my ultimate sports dream when after 13yrs of playing nationally competitive tournaments my team won the 2004 ASA National Championship in Mens Softball. I was fortunate enough to have won with teammates many of which are lifelong friends of mine. It was and still is a major accomplishment in my life.
Food is another great passion of mine. I love good food!! Two of my favorites are mexican, and middle eastern cuisines. Of course then I need to work off all the excess calories in the weight room or on the bike. Excercise has always been a part of my adult life. It feels good to stay in shape. Working out allows me to stay level headed, it helps me to deal with everyday stresses and to keep calm in difficult circumstances.
In addition, I have been a real estate investor since 2003. My company owns property in several states. Flipping property has also been a profitable business venture. Music
Music has always been a part of my soul. Music brings out the emotion of the moment. My interests lie in many types of music. I grew up listening to classic rock and roll. Steely Dan to AC/DC to Tears for Fears to The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Today I tend to listen to more updated alternative rock music from Oasis to the Foo Fighters to Linkin Park and many others. Music for me is a form of expression where words just seem to come up short.

Heroes
The men and women of our US Military are some of the finest people in the world. My mom has been a very steady force in my life. She is very forgiving and has allowed me to become the person I am today. In addition, my father has been the greatest influence in my life. He really is my hero even though he passed in 1985. My Son Tyler is another Hero of mine. He gives more to me as my son then I can ever give to him as his father.
My absolute passion is to live life full tilt. I enjoy helping other people do well for themselves. If I am able to help motivate others to get what they want in life then success will follow my business as well. It is my goal to be successfull at any endeavor I become invoved in. I do not fear failure as I look at most very successful people as having failed their way to the top. In retrospect I'm probably not much different. We live once. Why not go for the gold!
Who I'd like to meet: My dad. Someday again in time on another spiritual plane I will have the opportunity to say things I was unable to when he was alive. He is, and always will be the greatest influence in my adult life. He taught me about integrity and gave me the capacity for compassion towards others. Most importantly he showed me how to be a great father and the value of living our lives with dignity.
