Welcome to FREEDOM HILL FARMS, INC.! Prior to graduating with a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and Western Oregon University with degrees, Summa Cum Laude, in Psychology and Criminal Justice-Corrections, Jennifer worked for the top International grand prix rider Rich Fellers, who is currently ranked in the top 100 riders worldwide! While working with Rich, Jennifer was able to travel extensively on the International grand prix show jumping circuit and she had the opportunity to work with George Morris, chef d’equipe of the United States Olympic Team. Prior to working for Rich, Jennifer gained tremendous knowledge and experience working as the assistant trainer to Mary Nash of Bennington Farms; Mary was short listed to the Olympic 3 day eventing team in the late 1980’s and trained under the tutelage of 4 time Olympic Silver Medalist, Kevin Freeman. Jennifer has also worked for recognized grand prix riders, Kathy Kerron, Donna Koch and Lars Birkedahl Henriksen. She continues to expand her equine education and over the last several years she has attended and ridden in clinics and ridden under the tutalege of Olympians and top horsemen including Greg Best, Joe Fargis, Richard Spooner, Linda Allen, Ray Texel, Julie Winkel, Debbie McDonald, and Monte Roberts. Jennifer began her riding career at the age of 6 and as a youth, she successfully competed internationally and throughout the Northwest in the children and junior divisions. She campaigned “All That Jazz” (by “Truck Driven Man”) in the hunters, equitation and medal divisions: winning several championships and qualifying for the regional medal finals in British Columbia, Canada. Since Freedom Hill Farms inception in 2003, Jennifer has successfully competed FHF breedstock and several client’s horses in the hunters and jumpers on the AAA circuit, with several champion and reserve championships in both divisions. She has also coached several riders from beginners to advanced to championships by focusing on enhancing each horse and rider’s natural attributes and style. Jennifer is known for her positive yet technical coaching style and her ability to customize a training program to fit the unique needs of each individual horse and rider team. In addition to her training and teaching duties, Jennifer is in the process of obtaining her USEF “r” judges card. She is a certified equine appraiser and has served as an expert in the field to AV rated law firms working on International Equine Litigation cases. Jennifer judged the 2005 Maplewood Jumper Night and the April 30, 2006 Maplewood Series Horse Show. In 2006, she also learner judged at the Kern County Classic under Mike Moran and under Julie Winkel at the Regional Arabian Sporthorse Finals in Rancho Murrieta. The trick is to stay focused on what you want to happen and let go of what you do not... cuz if you keep seeing things as they are, convincing yourself that you "have to" because that's reality, then it will always be your reality. want to change? it's as simple as changing the who, what, how, why and when of what you look at and FOCUS on... DAILY :)

    Tankism #25 Have a great week :)
PS: see if you can "see" the picture below. It's pretty cool...

Failure is the best part of success. They are like yin and yang; you can’t have one without the other. So learn to celebrate your failures. Truly successful people even say they are successful because they have failed more than anyone they know. They keep trying and each time it doesn’t work, it’s just a learning experience. So, go out there, Fail, Learn, Succeed. Fail, Learn, Succeed. Say it with me now, Fail. Learn.. Succeed!!!

Put it this way, you CANNOT get hung up on when something doesn’t go your way. If you stay fixated on the failure, then you cut off the other two steps: Learn and Succeed. Fight the temptation to dwell on the failure with EVERYTHING you’ve got. Get excited about failing! Then Learn, Then Succeed!!!

    Tankism’s baby :)

    IT TAKES TIME

    by: Trevor Claiborn

The best things in life don’t come fast or free,

But sometimes my impatience makes me cheat.

Though I know I’m wrong, trying to rush things along,

I get mad when outcomes are incomplete.

The purpose I serve is much more than my own,

And Nature’s clock ticks much slower than mine.

I can gripe and pout or just wait the thing out,

For the Most High works on It’s own time.

I can have love, prosperity, and peace

And all the things that make it joyful to live.

Sometimes money can’t pay for those treasures—

Only my patience and my willingness to give.

We are all farmers of the crops of our destiny,

Semi-conscious of the psychological seeds we sow.

So to yield the best return, we must learn

To give things time and let them grow.

Are you a glass half empty or glass half full type of person?

When life presents you with “experiences”, do you see them as problems that you can do nothing about or moves in a game and your job is to find the solution so you can “win the game?”

Have you failed in life or merely learned ways how not to do something on your way to achieving the life you know you deserve?

Do you live in a hostile world or a world that’s beautiful and full of possibilities?

Are you a know-it-all adult that no one can tell anything to, the world sucks and that’s just the way it is, or do you have child-like faith and can see things like children see them?

This week, let the kid in you back out. Laugh more…Appreciate more…Be thankful more…Help more…BE MORE…You were meant to be abundant, so go out there and start your treasure hunt :-)

Tankism #22 Be well this week my friends…

    THE HOPE OF TOMMORROW
    BY: TREVOR CLAIBORN

I can’t take back what I’ve done in the past
Nor can I retaliate on all that’s been done to me,
At best I can learn from experiences I’ve had
Shake the chains of regret and be free,

The future has its own set of tests and trials
So why dwell upon yesterdays woes,
My road only changes if I’m willing to change it
The door of opportunity is never closed.

I must free up my psychological arms
To make space for better things to come
I should dispose of the junk from the past
And seek the source where all natural treasures come from.

We are the wardens of the prison in our minds
Condemned by guilt, regret and sorrow,
But I stay at peace, when I learn to release-
Yesterday, and appreciate the hope of tomorrow!

Today is the day that I consciously decide to find things to be grateful for in my life.

Today is the day that I will no longer allow my circumstances to control me.

Today is the day that I will live my life on purpose and by design.

Today is the day that I stop being so selfish and begin to look for ways to be helpful to others, which helps me anyway.

And, although the rest of the world may be tuned in to C.N.N. (C.onstant N.egative N.ews),

Thanks for adding us as friends! It is really great to connect with fellow horse owners and lovers! We are enjoying semi-retirement on the beautiful East Central Coast of Florida. We spend a lot of time with our horses, walk and ride the beach whenever we can, read a lot, attempt to eat sensibly.... and try and add a smile to as many faces as we can. We believe that PEACE is possible….one person at a time.

We would like to share the following principles that we discovered at the Center for Attitudinal Healing, in Sausalito, California, many years ago. They have made a significant difference in our lives and fine renewed significance in today’s world.

    ************************************************

    THE PRINCIPLES OF ATTITUDINAL HEALING

    1. The essence of our being is love.

    2. Health is inner peace. Healing is letting go of fear.

    3. Giving and receiving are the same.

    4. We can let go of the past and the future.

    5. Now is the only time there is and each instant is for giving.

    6. We can learn to love others and ourselves by forgiving rather than judging.

    7. We can become love finders rather than faultfinders.

    8. We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside regardless of what is happening outside.

    9. We are students and teachers to each other.

    10. We can focus on the whole of life rather than the fragments.

    11.
Since love is eternal death need not be viewed as fearful

    12.
We can always perceive ourselves and others as either extending love or giving a call for help

In Health, Happiness, Prosperity, Love and PEACE… and Happy Trails!

Your mind is like a garden and your thoughts are like grass, beautiful smelling flowers and weeds…
If you want grass to grow, you need to “plant it,” water it and take care of it.
If you want beautiful smelling flowers, you need to plant “beautiful smelling flowers,” water them and take care of them. Whatever you want in your garden, you need to plant it, water it, take care of it.
Now, sometimes your garden will have weeds and you need to pull them out. The thing about weeds… they grow automatically, rather you plan them or not.
    What are you planting?

    Tankism #...? Have a great week :)

Question: When is NOW a good time for you to start living life and going after your dream?

Yesterday’s gone and will never return again, no matter how hard you try, you cannot change your PAST

The FUTURE is written by what you do in the PRESENT, i.e. NOW!

NOW is all you’ve got. This moment, this time, this NOW.

So, when is NOW a good time for you?

    Tank’s Tankisms :-)
