FreeFold are a five-piece rock band based in Chesterfield, North Derbyshire. Formed in May 2006, the past two years have acted as a transition period enabling the band to create a distinctive style, sound and show.
In a relatively short space of time the band have recorded three demo CDs, firstly in 2007 with Dave Cretfield (Kaiser Chiefs, Embrace) secondly in early 2008, when the band went into the studio to produce ‘Johnny Soldier’ with John Mitchell (Funeral For A Friend, Enter Shikari) and most recently during late 2008 in nottingham. The experiences have helped the band greatly, providing invaluable insights into developing their music. Through hard work and lengthy practice sessions, the band have since been able build upon such experiences and have progressed in their song-writing abilities.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody for their continued support, you've been great! We look forward to seeing you at a show!

Cheers dude. Been in loads of bands that have gone pear shaped.lol. I my be 42 but im young at heart and wanna thrash my skins with a decent band so if you hear owt lemme know.I like the heavy stuff but not thrash.Catch you at Oakstock maybe.Who runs your site by the way?
