we are a folk-punk/ insane anarcho party thrash band from Bushwick Brooklyn. ha. we have a bunch of songs but take our time recording them/writing lyrics cause we take it all in stride. we are completely down with peace and anarchy and freedom, where everyone does whatever they want and doesn't intrude on other people's good time. up the punx. free stuff.
6 bux, food and beverages will be served, 5 bands, benefit for:
picture this! which is a DIY photography program that runs out of the 123 community space in Bedstuy brooklyn.
the 123 space is brooklyns only anarchist ran community center/infoshop/bikeworkshop and offers lots of cool programs including prisoner letter writing nights, after school programs, freegan bike workshops, film screenings, and alot more.
picture this! is an interactive photography class taught by volunteers to bed stuy neighborhood youth and funds go to dark room resources, film, and developing fees.
the program has been up and running for a month or two but to continue they need your help!
if you have extra cameras, equipment, and or/film please bring it to the show as their will be a donation bucket. hope to see you there.
that rules! I miss you guys too, i'm coming to brooklyn in like a week and a half to house it but will be coming back down because im playing a show around the 17th here. so you guys should come back with me around then for a couple a days.
hey jeremy,
we are gonna have a party in the begining of april, so we are bound to hang out atleast by then. I was actually just telling my friend about those "illicit" books we found in the Nassau Library.
