| About Free Launch |
Born in 1995 under the name WISE, the band is composed by 5 musicians driven by many different influences but fused to one common passion.
After a first period of identity exploration and a few concerts, WISE becomes FREE LOUNGE and combines progressive rock, gothic and Indus. In spite of demos recording in studio and several interesting pieces of music, the band is not satisfied and goes back to work.
In 2001, avoiding to create any confusion between their name and a brand-new fashioned music style, Lounge is elapsed and becomes FREE LAUNCH which is the first step to a much more hard style. The drummer is swapped, a second guitarist joins the band and they reach their current style: a more personal hard rock combined with electro sounds lead by the melodic voice of a charismatic singer.
