About me:
FREE SOCIETY first began as a zine in 1998 in Sarnia, ON, Canada, to enable my friends and I to express ourselves within our community.
By 1999 this had grown (by necessity) into a distribution for literature, and eventually into carrying records, and then demo tapes. This is also when I started doing shows with my then-partner.
The zine and distro are currently based out of Peterborough, ON, Canada. Also, if you're interested in hearing about when new releases come in, subscribe to the blog.
I should mention that above everything else, the purpose of the distro is to assist the proliferation of the things noted in my interests. No racist, sexist, homophobic shit.
This is now also my personal profile as well, as I am attempting to wrestle some of my time back from the computer. If you're wondering who this is that's adding you, just message me and I will tell you.
Who I'd like to meet: International bands, labels, distros, and people interested in similar things, people who want to know about updates to the catalog, or new issues of the zine.

yeah, my friend sylvie from montreal did it. shes done a lot of rad tattoos. You can google sylvie ls tattoos and check em out. I also got a picture from the love and rockets comics on my leg (ever read love and rockets? Punk!) She said she'd hook me up free in montreal too, so its about to get henious. wHAT the fuck is up with all our friends getting married, eh? Im good man, im good.
