i started playin' guitar on halloween when i was 13. the freezing cathedral is a church that is freezing with hatred for all the evil and idiotic shit in the world. just imagine a gothic cathedral not frozen or encased in ice, but this cathedral is freezing. it is pure energy, but yet it is freezing from all the time it has had to grow cold with hate. that's the freezing cathedral.
