Hello Dear Corrado, I did go to the fair,in the rain, with my friend last night, but we quickly went into a bar where I had a suprise meeting with 1 of my 1st friends here in the UK, of course I also had a couple of drinks. Good afternoon there, Hope you have found some good distraction to go out in the sun a bit , here no such luck, only cold and overcast. There has been a change in plans, we are to go eat English food, sausages, mushy peas, then walk round the fair whiich is opening in town this evening, so the chicken will be tomorrow now...we are also supposed to go to the fair with friends who will be here from Tenerife on Friday, but now the weahter forecasts severe rain and storms then for the whole country! Perhaps maybe not then I think! Still trying to accept the cold weather is here to stay, but not entirely convinced this is a good thing, but I did find a nice warm coat in the closet I forgot about, so have been wearing that alot this week ....do your best to keep warm there. Here I feel very cold, but it is really time for the weather to change. On Saturday , I did manage to see 2 good fireworks displays, but only stayed outdoors as long as neccesary! But Aggggh! They kicked off the fireworks playing snow patrol, how dreary!Happy to hear you got out and about having fun there...tonight it's out to dinner someplace for me, so not cooking tonight.Later in the week , I think it will be roast chicken, that creates a wonderful aroma in the house and is a good warming meal too!
