..
The beginning of June 2009 marked the 1st year aniversary of Frenzy. In the first year we played over 40 local shows and are going from strength to strength. It's been an exciting year and we want to thank everyone who has supported and partied with us over the last 12 months. What a fantastic year. Just look at the photos to see how things have built up so quickly. Also a big thanks to the lads in the band for their dedication and friendship.
Excitedly we look forward to the next year of shows........................
Named after the Transformer robot who can transform into a radio, Frenzy are the most modern covers band in the Cambridgeshire area. None of the tunes covered by Frenzy are more than a few years old, and most are from the last 12 months so the set is fresh, exciting and dynamic and includes the Linkin Park song from the Transformers film 'What I've done', and currently we're working on the new track 'New Divide' because its awsome :o) For a totally new experience currently at pub venues Frenzy Covers Band are the covers band of today.
The band played its first gig on 24th May 2008 at the Territorial Tavern in Huntingdon Cambridgeshire and things have picked up very quickly, reasuring us that people of all ages enjoy good music and the music doesnt have to be from the last decade to be recognised. We had faith in the people and they didn't let us down so now we wont let you down. Thank you to everyone who has shown us fantastic support from the start. See you all soon and take care.
