Born August 6th Chris Salgado was born and raised in Bushwick Brooklyn , NY and has been there for over 25 years and now lives in Miami Florida. Growing up he became aware of his sense in revitalizing every sense of the word Fresh.
Nicknamed "Fresh" with his fast agile sarcastic mouth being very open , straightforward with all of the women in his life and because of his keen fashion sense of looking fresh in every sense of the word. Spending money from hustling on clothing livin the lifestyle people only dream of .
While he was always keeping his ear to the street he developed his own niche in cutting hair as a barber . Still maintaining a " Fresh 2 Death " outlook he agrees that his motto is something synonymous with a every day life to live attitude stating " Being fresh is what IS relevant today , tomorrow , the day after that and till the day you die. Just so happens it all starts with me cutting your hair first ! It's more than a lifestyle ya digg? I change moods , set the tones and enhance who you are . I keep it Fresh 24/7 ". And indeed he does.
He has gotten his accolades thru the street by getting to the top of his game recognizing that being a very detailed oriented barber was a key to success . He currently has rapper/producer Nu Jersey Devil and Johnny Hooks , President of Black Wall Street as clients as well as AKON , Smitty, Jim Jones , DJ Khaled , Stack$ , Mayne from The Runners , Sickamore , credited director Gil Green , and Dayo director of the "I'm So Hood" remix as people in the game he has cut .
Working on a star studded roster of celebs he is also creating a avenue in his life for stand up comedy and the budding FRESH 2 DEATH FILMS in which the first dvd will be released in early 2008 . So definately be on the look out for that .
Fresh is available NOW for events , tours and photo sessions per request . He now resides in Miami Florida networking to California and back to NYC and building his ever expanding clientele roster.
