Now in our fourth year playing Sunday Bluegrass Brunch at Nolita House -- Manhattan's longest continuously running bluegrass brunch -- Fresh Baked was conceived in the thriving Brooklyn traditional music scene of the mid-aughts. We play a fun, mood-spanning collection of bluegrass and country music that bridges genres and eras. Our quirkily crafted covers range from Doc Watson, the Louvin Brothers and Jim and Jessie to Stevie Wonder, Cold Play and the Clash.
Fresh Baked is available for weddings, parties and other private events. For more details, contact Doug Hatt through this page or at doug.hatt@gmail.com.

Good to know because if I trudged out there tonight in the 20F weather and there was no gig, there would be hell to pay! :) Actually, it would have at least been good exercise. Plus, I've been craving their burgers and a beer. Oh my!
Now, it says here that you are playing at Abilene tonight? Is that true or are you just lying to me? Don't lie. It's bad for your karma. Isn't that part of a bluegrass song?
Hello Brooklyn!...my trio is playing in Brooklyn this Sunday night @ The Jalopy Theater (315 Columbia St, Red Hook, Brooklyn). Show starts at 8, we play at 9:30. Come by if you can.
No, it's just me. I'm cursed. Every time I try to see you all at Abilene. I've either gotten the weeks mixed up or whatever. But it was good exercise walking down Court.
Your show at Abilene tonight was FANTASTIC. I've never seen such great musicianship. Better than Jerry Douglas at Prospect Park a few weeks ago. It was THAT GOOD!!!!!! WOW!!! You've ruined me for life. Now, that I've reached the high point of my life. I have nowhere to go but down. Thank you!
Man I cant wait to see you guys again whislt stuffing my face with bacon and eggs. Nowhere else id rather be! in the meantime, have some waving Beatles direct from Liverpool!
Awesome show last night! Great job by all! I would definitely like to hear another song from Kari next time. What a voice! Smiles to my friends on the bluegrass lines!
