From idea generation to full gamut marketing campaigns, FRESH provides clients with the tools to be seen and heard in the cultural marketplace. As the CEO of FRESH Productions and Marketing, Ms. Kim Thore leads the FRESH Productions and Marketing Team, designs and executes all large scale events and develops emerging artists. Started in 2000, FRESH Productions and Marketing grew from Ms. Thore’s work as a local artist, Arts and Entertainment journalist, music critic, editor, event coordinator and marketing executive. As an entrepreneur she saw the immense potential within the Triad’s Arts and Entertainment communities but found there wasn’t a marketing firm that specialized in this very unique niche. Combining her back ground in Financial Services, Marketing and Public Relations, Ms. Thore has steadily grown FRESH Productions and Marketing to serve the Piedmont Triad and the International Arts community.
As the COO of FRESH Productions and Marketing, Dr. Jon Epstein is responsible for the daily operations of FRESH Productions, artist sourcing and he oversees the design development teams. Dr. Epstein holds a PHD in Social Theory from Kent State, and he is currently a Sociology Professor at UNC-G as well as a successful musician, graphic artist and producer, most recently with Faded Hope and Last Stone Cast. In addition to a solid background in art and music, Dr. Epstein also has a deep and profound working knowledge of the business side of Arts and Entertainment Marketing. Widely respected as the author of two books, cultural critic, and artist, he has worked both in the United States and in Europe as a consultant and performer, including serving as a senior consultant, to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
