Fresh Poulp Records est un netlabel de musiques électroniques éclectiques créé fin 2004 par Boris thomas (actuel webmaster de dmute.net) Sébastien Charpiot ( contrebassiste du groupe UHT°) et Geoffrey Marchand désormais seul au commande du management du label. Naviguant entre dub, techno, electronica et drum'n'bass, ses tentacules portent également d'autres styles de musiques en adéquation avec l'univers électronique et tous ses dérivés :rap,musique orientalel, jazz etc...). Un de ses objectifs majeurs est d'assurer la promotion de ses artistes via Internet, à l'aide son site, et de proposer tout son catalogue (maxi, albums et compilations) au format MP3 en libre téléchargement sous license Creatives Commons. L'autre objectif du label est le booking d'artistes. En effet, depuis 2008, Fresh Poulp Records essaye au mieux de trouver des dates à ses artistes et reste ouvert à toute proposition artistique. Fresh Poulp Records is an eclectic electronic music netlabel, created in 2004 by Boris Thomas ( dmute.net webzine's webmaster), Sébastien Charpiot (bassist for french band UHT° ) and Geoffrey Marchand now managing the record label alone. Sailing through dub, techno, electronica and drum'n'bass, the poulp's tentacles also lead to other musical style fiting with the electronic domain and all its crossovers (hip-hop, jazz, oriental music). One of its main goal is to promote its artist via internet with its website, and to release all its catalogue (EP's, LP's and compilations) in free downloadable mp3 format, under Creatives Commons licence. The other goal being the artist's booking, since 2008 Fresh Poulp Records makes the best to find gigs and venues by searching and being open to all opportunity.
