Critical Mass/Bike Hop FRESNO!

About me:

Critical Mass is a monthly bicycle ride to celebrate cycling and to assert cyclists' right to the road. On the last Friday of every month in over 100 cities around the world cyclists (and even skateboarders, scooters, etc) congregate together to ride in demonstration and in celebration. Critical Mass has no leaders and no set agenda and people come together to ride for many different reasons. Just a few of those reasons are: to assert cyclists right to the road, to promote bikes as a fun, healthy, viable alternative to cars, to build a greater sense of community, to get more folks on bikes, or simply to celebrate bike love and ride in solidarity with other like minded individuals and have some fun! Critical Mass Fresno meets at the Fresno High entrance (on Echo))) Every LAST Friday of the month at 5:30pm and start riding at around 6:00pm.

Bike Hop is another monthly bicycle event in Fresno. Same as Art Hop, but we're on bicycles! No looking for parking and/or wasting/spending/using gas. We ride together and wait for each other to enjoy the art at various galleries, usually from Tower District to Downtown Fresno (and/or you can always suggest some new found place.)

We meet at Tower Velo (1435 N Van Ness) Every first Thursday of the month at 5:30pm and we start riding at around 6:00pm.

It is highly recommended that you have a white front light and a red rear light/reflector in order to avoid getting a citation.
