Vendor fees for the event are $50. If you are a 501C3 the fee is waved. I have uploaded PPD Vendor Applications, and all release forms into the picture section of this group. They are
all available in jpg format. Please let me know if you have any
questions. For those of you presenting I need the media release form
and the liability release form signed by the day of the event. For
booth space rental the deadline is September 1st, 2009 (unless you contact me) to get your fee paid
and space reserved. For booth space I need the vendor application and
liability release forms both returned to me.
For any person working your booth a liability form must be filled out.
For any persons under the age of 18 to work (or hang out at) a booth
then their legal guardian needs to fill out a form on their behalf or
include their name on the parents form.

We're all aware that Spirit Fusion is right around the corner being that Lady T & Errin are so incredibly busy I'm doing my best to let them know as much info as up to date as possible, If your interested in conducting a ritual, workshop or having a booth inbox me so that I can add you to the list for Lady T & Errin to approve for Spirit Fusion.
As for paperwork we're required to have a one day license for anybody that needs more info on that join the yahoo groups: centralvalleypagans and Fresno_Pagan to get all the updates on what's happening when.
