After a successful year of playing out to crowds in the UK and overseas, MC Lady Blazer has been nominated in the category of “Best Female MC” at the Drum N Bass Awards 2009.
Never failing to put in hard graft to get recognition in the scene, she has expanded her popularity as a Lyricist, and has managed to pull through the struggle of being a female artist in a male dominated scene. She always reps the ladies in a big way, and is currently working on the Feminine Takeover project, which is focused on showcasing purely the female talent within the Drum N Bass scene.

So heres my top 5 for this week!
We are also running an international Dj and Mc competition through ASR, in assoc with Random Concept with the final top 3 Djs and Mcs playing at Ocean Bar Leamington Spa February 27th 2009.
One winning Dj and one winning Mc will then go through to play at the Global Energy Pontins Weekender 20th - 23rd March 2009 Camber Sands, and also win a years residency with the Random Concept academy.
