The first film was Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood with star Lar Park Lincoln in attendance, followed by Hell Night 8/11 & The Monster Squad w/special guest Andre Gower on 9/8! October 6th Freddy's Dead in 3-D w/guest star Lezlie Deane! October 13th was Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter! Evil Dead 2 on 10/20! October 27th: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 w/Bill "Leatherface 2" Johnson! Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers on Halloween! It was a special charity event for Arts Fighting Cancer. Our last show of 2006 was the original Phantasm & Silent Night, Deadly Night - December 8th, 2006 at THE STUDIO MOVIE GRILL IN ADDISON, TX at 10pm! THE NEW HOME FOR FNF! More holiday madness ensued with My Bloody Valentine & The Burning UNCUT on 2/14!
Next, we celebrated FNF at Fear Fest - March 23rd & 24th - It was a special 2 night Friday Night Frights/Fear Fest event featuring Tobe Hooper's The Funhouse w/a special guest directors Adam (Hatchet) Green, Ryan (Abominable) Schifrin, Joe (Wrong Turn 2) Lynch, John (Feast) Gulager, and Marcus (Feast/Saw IV) Dunstan... the next night we showed The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1 & 2 with special guest host John "Grandpa" Dugan from the original film.
The screening took place at the Starplex Cinema 10 in Mesquite, TX.
Most recently, we continued the FNF tradition with the original Friday the 13th 1 & 2 on Friday, April 13th, 2007!
Friday Night Frights is back December 14th, 2008 and screened the George A. Romero classic "Dawn of the Dead". Then on December 21st, 2008 we screened the holiday slasher "Silent Night, Deadly Night" for the second year in a row! Next up, slasher month with Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (BRAND NEW 35MM PRINT) & "best slasher film in twenty years" Hatchet on January 25th, 2008! All screening at the Studio Movie Grill in Lewisville, TX until further notice. FREE ANCHOR BAY DVDs with paid admission.
Also, don't forget about our huge show at Fear Fest 2 on March 7th, 2008 at dusk! Friday Night Frights and The Alamo Drafthouse Rolling Roadshow presents a special 35mm screening of the classic A Nightmare on Elm Street with guest host Robert Englund and the cast from the film, followed by the 20th anniversary 35mm screening of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master with director Renny Harlin and the cast, followed by a 35mm screening of Fright Night with guest stars Stephen Geoffreys and Chris Sarandon and director Tom Holland! Finally, grab your bologna sandwiches because we are screening a new 35mm print of Troll 2 with the stars from the film!

Friday Night Frights is a series of horror movie screenings that started at the Movie Tavern in Denton, TX on July 14th, 2006 & has now moved to The Studio Movie Grill. The series features new and old favories from the genre with a variety of special guests from the films, 3-D presentations and movies that aren't out on DVD. These events are a ton of fun because you are able to watch these classics with fellow fans of the genre while eating and drinking. Good times!
