We are Friend Called Fred, a 4-Peice, Blues and Ska inspired Indie/Rock band from Crewe, England.
We started out in mid 2007 with only three members and our heads full of Greenday and NOFX.
Six months down the line in early 2008, we had settled on our current 4 man line-up and had won a local battle of the bands competition. This rewarded us with several days in a studio with which 'Easy Does It' EP was recorded.
This helped us establish our name, our music and the understanding of what the audience would want to hear.
By late 2008 our sound had taken a drastic turn and had now begun to sound more unique and provide a style that would situate within the radio industry.
Friend Called Fred called it a day in September 2009 due to each of the members being too busy to commit. We'd like to thank everyone who's supported us over the last 3 years, it's been awesome :)

ahhh its all sound this end, I wasnt that bad the next day just a shower to wake me up, but will was still drunk for a couple of days after lol, I told him to stop, last time I look after him :P
