Friendly Psychics Music is an independent home-recording collective based out of Dayton, Ohio and Denver, Colorado. We're not really a record label, just a group of like-minded friends.
Our members have never practiced or played together in the same room -- we mail our contributions and layer with tape machines and computers and drugs. Our groups include Dishwater Psychics, Upstate, Circuit Riders, Wicked Immigrant, Derecho, Bullet Gastino, and Tarantula Dinner Party.
We recently released a new full-length from Dishwater Psychics and The Circuit Riders (the band's first in 7 years) and are readying releases from Derecho, Brainswarm and Sir Yes Sir. If you'd like to know more or get free MP3s, email info@friendlypsychicsmusic.com or visit FriendlyPsychicsMusic.com.
Just stopping by to say hello and give you some news. The new album 'Coolgilly and the Freakshow' from Centascope is now available worldwide from CD Baby and directly from the merchandise page of the official website. You can also get the album from Apple iTunes, MSN Music, Rhapsody, Napster, Amazon and many more.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! On May 9th Drinking Liberally Dayton will have a team walking in the Furry Skurry to help raise money for the Humane Society of Greater Dayton. We know the economy sucks but if everyone on our friends list just donated $1 we will raise close to $200.
