Here's the story, hopefully a 'Readers Digest' version.
Scott and I were living in the in and around Detroit and found out that Craig Woods(one of our most amazing buddies in the whole effing universe) was putting together the first Two Piece Fest. We told him that we were going to start a 2 piece and play it. He said "okay."
We wrote ten songs and put out "FOREVER!" then headed down to Philly to play our first show at Two Piece Fest. That weekend was one of the best of our life! So we decided we should probably just move to Philadelphia. But first, since we were going to quit our jobs and move 10 hours away, we decide we should go on a summer tour. So we did, for two months. We wrote 10 more songs, learned a bunch of Nirvana songs, packed up all of our gear in my 2004 Dodge Stratus and set sail. It was the best time of our lives. We finished up tour, stopped in Michigan for a couple days to get our stuff, then moved to Philly, maybe two miles from Craig. Now life rules even harder. We love our friends!

man oh man. i have never been more bummed about missing some shows than i am right now given i cannot attend tonight's or saturday's show. LAME. you guys rule so much.
