LATEST NEWS (18th September 09). Scy and The Bivouac have parted company this week. It's not turning out to be a good year. Scy consider's their drink sales to be below acceptable levels, and therefore have pulled the plug on them being the venue for all current booked Bivouac shows. This puts us into another dilema. As of this moment everything is up in the air.
Next week's show (Tuesday 22nd) is moving to the Angel Cafe on Free School Lane. They have very kindly stepped in to allow us to host the show there. We are currently trying, yet again, to salvage all current booked shows.

All current future dates that were booked for The Millers Arms will be rescheduled. The Bivouac left The Millers Arms after the management and staff of the pub was suddenly changed.
OLD NEWS February 2009 - The Bivouac has arranged to put on some of their upcoming shows at The Millers Arms, High Street / Vernon Street, Lincoln or The Lincoln College (ex Tradex Building) Performance Dept., see gig lists for details.
NEWS STATEMENT Monday 26th January - The Bivouac and The Duke of Wellington, Lincoln have parted company as of 24th January 2009. After 8 and a half years at The Duke of Wellington, The Bivouac will now be moving on to another venue address. At this moment in time, we do not have a new location confirmed. As and when we do, we will post the details here on the Friends of the Bivouac myspace page, on the official bivouac.uk.com website, as well as the associated facebook pages. Due to The Duke of Wellington's new 18+ policy and other associated pub policies and behaviour, we have no option.
The Bivouac will continue at a new home tba as soon as possible. All shows currently booked and advertised as happening at Scy will be rearranged.
The Bivouac @ The Duke of Wellington and briefly at The Millers Arms, was our town's best little venue for original live music on a regular basis.
