So, what is FoVO?
Friends of Virginia Opera is a group for people between the ages 21 to 41, from all walks of life, who are interested in opera and culture in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

So far, this season we have several events in the planning including summer concerts, fall festivties and informative backstage tours:
-Experience an educational and fun backstage tour at the historic Harrison Opera House
-Enjoy a wonderful summer concert with opera fans from the area
-Relax at pre-opera receptions before the FoVO Friday opera performances in Norfolk, VA. You are welcome to bring ONE opera-attending guest

Anyone with great ideas about special events for our FoVO members and where we can meet new FoVO members. We love meeting new people and trying new things centered around the performing arts. Of course, we love meeting opera singers!
