This page, in conjunction with the FRIGHT NIGHT FOCUS blog, is dedicated to fans of Tom Holland's classic film and the phenomena it spawned. This isn't just another fan tribute site. The intention here is to motivate a resurgence of the franchise in all of it's forms.
My "FRIGHT NIGHT" Want List...
- A special edition of "FRIGHT NIGHT" on DVD
- An official re-issue of the soundtrack album
- An official release of Brad Fiedel's film scores
- A re-issue of the tie-in novelization
- A relaunch of the spin-off comic book series
- A special edition of "FRIGHT NIGHT, PART 2" on DVD
- A third "Fright Night" film, perhaps?!
Granted, that's just pure fanboy optimism. However, generating such a renewed interest could set the necessary wheels in motion, causing many of these ideas to become a reality. None of this can occur unless our loyal fanbase bands together to lend the enthusiasm and cooperation that is needed.
Fan response has proven to be beneficial in the past (i.e. OriginalTrilogy.com, the international cut of "Superman II," the recent box set of "Blade Runner," featuring all known cuts of the film) and such involvement has influenced Hollywood to take action. So, if you're a fan of the "Fright Night" films and wish to see them done justice, once and for all, please make your voices heard!
