About me: "I AM PHOENIX!!!" Ok maybe not but a boy can dream right? Anyways, whats up, Im Ash, and Ive been a 'passionate' fan of Phoenix/Jean Grey since I first saw her "rise from the ashes" back in Sept 1994 on the Fox Kids "X-Men" cartoon. Since then I have been a devoted Phoenix fan. From the original stroy lines, to the alternate relaities of the AOA & Ultimate universes, and the most recent (possible) future tales in "Here Comes Tomorrow" & "The End". And of course, with the release of "X-Men: The Last Stand", I was stoaked & thrilled to finally see Phoenix come to life in film. But me to me, she's more than "just a character". Theres somthing else about her. The Phoenix is a metaphor i believe, for that, "somthing" in all of us. The light, and the dark. To great passionate creation, or the dark massive destruction. This page is dedicated to the one & ONLY Phoenix in honor of her 30th Anniversary (1976-2006). And happy 50th birthday to Jean Grey (1956-2006). There may have been few befor her, and possibly more after her, but Jean Grey will always remain the one, TRUE, Phoenix.

Who I'd like to meet: Famke Janssen. The woman who brought Jean Grey to life in the X-Men Trilogy. I couldn't think of somone more perfect! And if it truly exists, "The Phoenix Force" itself.

(in the paper the next day): A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of brake failure. Two people were on it, but only 1 had survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his brakes broke, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him and felt her hug one last time, then he had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.
