...is a band with a heart for people in need of hope. Assembled in Fall of 2006, From The Beginning started with a vision from rhythm guitar player/lead singer Jon Ranger and bass guitar player Dave Jones. The vision they have is to bring something positive and refreshing to a mainstream market saturated with negative energy. Thus, they set out to find the right members who would complete the band and who also share their vision.
The next piece to the puzzle they needed was a lead guitarist. Jon met seasoned guitarist, Randy Simons, who had recently moved to Bakersfield from Santa Clarita. Their meeting was more than just chance, finding that Randy had the same passion for a musical awakening project as the rest of them.
No band would be complete without a rhythm section. Anthony Cutshall joined the band in March '07 and brought with him a dynamic which elevated their sound to a new level.
As all four members began to write and practice together, they realized that they were creating fresh sounding music with a deep message of hope. It had to be shared...

With the addition of a keyboardist (Caleb), and a change in drummers from the original band (now Anthony), it's been decided that "From The Beginning" will start fresh and new.
