“Whether you hear 70’s rock, post punk, or just a great catchy tune, to the band, it’s always been about writing a solid rhythm and melody,” Clever bass lines married with explosive drums, dance in syncopation around raw guitar chords spit from old Fender amps. Bursts of energy from a screaming organ breathe a vintage tone to the mix while splashes of piano bring pop to grainy melodies. With all of this, you have songs from a room.
'A neat fusion of guttural, sweaty blues-tinged riffs modeled on the muscular assault of acts like AC/DC and The Stones' - EYE Weekly
'Songs From A Room are evidence that not all radio-friendly bands suck. Whether this is enough to get a song like "Believing" the kind of airplay it deserves remains to be seen, but they're certainly a lot better than what's on there now' - I Heart Music
'Their guitar riffs are incredibly strong, energetic and catchy. Clearly, these guys know what they're doing' -BlogTO
'On record it's easier to notice the monster hooks they're missing out on, Which unfortunately, leaves this EP nowhere except at the top of the dusty pile of CDs I own that never really go anywhere' - Sari Delmar
That was a great set at The Rivoli. Producing what may very well be the most potent hybrid of classic rock, garage rock and glam, a supercharged array of energy and attitude, selling their souls for rock and roll.

I hope you had a good time in Ottawa - I didn't know you were playing until it was too late and I was already checking out Oh No Forest Fires! Hope to catch you guys again sometime soon!
Thanks for the add. Keep yo head up and stay grinding check out my music because your hit can make us # 1. Tell your friends about Mayja League Records get at your boy.
That was a great set at The Horseshoe. This is a band that not only warmed up the crowd, it's smoked, it sizzled. Purveyors of that classic rock spirit, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Thin Lizzy, Kiss, intertwined with anthemic-rock euphoria. Just hearing these guys reaffirms that it's still cool to put on a little Zeppelin. Allow your imagination smell the vinyl.
If you haven't seen this yet, we were recently on Urban Theatre in Madison, WI and they have posted a few of the songs on their page. Here is a link to us performing "Fireflies" live on the show:
If you search for "Gladstone" on their search tab you'll see 2 or 3 of the other songs we performed.
As always, if you like our material we'd appreciate any support! Our debut "Paper Sky", recent winner of MAMAs Pop Album of the Year, is on iTunes, CDbaby, Amazon, and Rhapsody. Links are on our page.
Thanks! Hope all is well in your world, please drop by to say hello!
