She said look at me
My life's a story
My parents born winners
Now they're sorry
Do you want to know what I dreamed?
Should I tell you know about the screams I hear at night?
I asked her now would it be hip
to write a song about chains & whips?
Are you feeling allright?
Are you feeling allright?

She said look at me
All my days are wasted
Thinkin' about all the different places
We would be goin' to live and maybe
We could be happy forever this way

She said look now what I've become
He's still gone
and now the darktime comes
She said look now what I've become
Lord I'm thirty-one
And now the darktime comes

She said how I hate Christmas Eve
New Year will be better I cannot believe
I said I don't know but from what I heard
It cannot get any worse

She said listen dear
You try to console me
But I don't even think you know me
Have you seen purple in Saturday nights?
Do you believe what it feels like
Sunday night?

And she pulled away when I tried to kiss her
I guess that I won't really miss her
Well not every day
Not every day

She said look now what I've become
He's still gone
And now the darktime comes
She said look now what I've become
Lord I'm thirty-one...
And now the darktime comes

Hello Frontispiece! Because we know you like our music, we wanted to tell you that we've uploaded a new song called The Sound of the Sky. It's about someone who is maybe gone forever, of maybe still lingering somewhere in the sound of the sky. Check it out. Let us know what you think! Astromancer

Thanks for the great comments Jean, pretty amazing stuff for a "side project" too.Anonymous getaway car(great title) is just that,it makes me want to drive 100 mph in the autumn with its great ambient quality. But I think i like Tandem repeat better(Being a drummer) the loop sounds live and nicely grooved.Good luck and keep in touch..Carl..Scapeland

Hi Lil' sis...

Don't forget that we're also going to do a research studying something to do with the neurological basis of musical perception of some sort.

Lil sis, I am seriously in awe everytime I hear new stuff of yours. Your music is inspiring...wish I were 10 years younger all over again and met you in high school.
