Front Row began in 2005 when three creative minds with a passion for music and video came together at Jones Television. With a mission to serve the community, the show was quickly commended for its support of local culture and glorified for the opertunity it gave musicians to perform in a new setting with the highest quality video and audio possible.
Over the years, established stars like Jed Clampit, Joseph Israel and Still on the Hill lent their credibility to the half-hour program by performing for free. Today, Front Row is proud to give up-and-coming musicians a chance to attain that same level of success while still featuring headliners.
In the fall, Jones Television is hoping to continue this exciting and respected show with its Sixth Season. More than 40 musical acts have performed on the show and 10 more will be featured by the end of the next season. Expect more on location shows like "Marca, Live @ the Pontiac!", more of your favorite local talent, more young up and coming stars, and of course, more music.
