I of course would love to hear your comments on the CD I gave you...especially now that 'Stay or Go" is no longer happening. Keep up the great work on KABC *and* the podcast (which I listen to EVERY day). :)
Great Party Frosty! You are really so awesome on the keys. Please play for us more! I was surprised the party was basically over by 12:30. Frank kept saying 2am or later. But it was a blast. I've listened for 9 years and hope there are decades more to go! See you Thursday!

Frosty, I'm glad to see you've moved Heidi and Frank "down the list"....I'm all for ripping on your friends, but they take it way too far. You deserve alot more respect than what they give you. Maybe it's for radio, I don't know. You're gifted and funny and quirky and have alot to offer and I wish they would celebrate that rather than do nothing but criticize, cut you down and exclude you. xo
