Answers to some Frequently Asked Questions-
How do I place an order? Send an email to info@ftmtshirts.com with as much of the following info as you can:
-your design
-quantities you require
-contact details (email address, phone number etc)
-delivery address
Once we have this info we can send you a quote, then we ask for a 50% deposit and your order will be completed asap.
What is the minimum order for merch?
The minimum order is 30 units
How should I supply my design?
We need it supplied at 300dpi, correct size and colours, jpeg, pdf, psd or similar file.
How large can the print be?
Regular size is 29cm x 42cm, oversize print is 39cm x 49cm (additional charge applies)
Can you do "All Over" prints?
Yes we can, we print the fabric before the garment is made (increased minimum quantity, additional charge and turnaround time may apply)
Can you print over zips, pockets and seams?
We can print over zips, pockets and seams although it will never be 100% perfect as it is not a flat surface. This works best with a dark print on a lighter colour garment.
How long until I get my order?
Turnaround time does vary, it depends on size and complexity of your order. It is roughly 1-2 weeks but does depend on how busy we are at the time. Sometimes we can have orders ready in a few days, sometimes it's 3+ weeks. Bands on tour have priority for re-orders! Please advise us if you have a specific date you require your order completed.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept CASH, CHEQUE, INTERNET TRANSFER, BANK DEPOSIT, EFTPOS, VISA or MASTERCARD. Payment details are on our invoices.
What if I'm after something not on your pricelist?
Please let us know what you are after. We are able to source almost anything!
What if I find a cheaper quote? We are so confident in our prices that if you can find a cheaper quote from another company for the exact same garment we will match their price and give you an extra 5% discount. (printing prices excluded from price matching)
I don't have a design, can you do it for me? We can do simple design work and have a minimum charge of $75.00
