How I made my profile:
I used MyWackoSpace.com's amazing MySpace Editor.
ftprints11 - new flexrock phenomenon - progressive intel-pop led by brilliant songwriter/producer and philosopher Richard Rummery. With a diverse range of influences and approaches, ftprints11's music evokes slippery yet aesthetic satisfaction in exploiting modern poprock culture and genres. Re-defining the boundaries of style is a vital aspect of this project. Practically re-inventing the connection between style and meaning in pop music, Rummery, with cohorts Mark MacDonald and Graeme Burton sound fresh, original, accessible, with clever hooks, seemingly 'odd' structure, and deceptively simple lyrics. THis is the stadium rock sound of 2008. Proving that 'things are not always as they appear' ftprint11 are naturally attracting a global, 'tuned in' listening audience, boosted by the radio play of the ir two US released singles; Numb, and Welcome to my aerospace. Ambiguous rock-charged grooves and layered arrangements reveal a true soul, which grows richer with familiarity over time.
Based in Armidale NSW, the band have released the twin album set: UNSOUND and THUMP following 2003's Colourblind album on November Media Records. www.novembermedia.com
