3. It would cost like 200 billion trillion dollars to make detroit semi nice and there isn't that kind of money laying around

You sound just like my boyfriend lol. I totally agree with the guy below me. I like the history of it, the stuff we didnt get to see but now its just a hell hole. I was watching a DEA show the other day and it was all about Detroit. The worse thing is some of the drug houses they bust into are probably ten minutes away from my city.

Detroit is miserable...I taught there for almost a year...and the kids are taught that they are entitled to a free ride...whatever happened to getting a hand up..not a hand out...I am afraid to admit I am from here....the only time I brag about it is when I feel threatened physically or I wanna just be a thug....I moved from Detroit and its the best thing I could have done!
It's pretty sad,
All of the area where my family grew up is now a shit whole.
I love the history of the city, and what it once was, (what I didnt get to see)
