About RAW (New Album "MOSHPIT" Out Now)

RAW was found from jam-sessions of guitarists Mauro and Dirk and drummer Alex in 2006. After a couple of months Phil joined as singer and the first demo was recorded. With new bassplayer George they found their current line-up since fall 2007. Each bandmember can look back on up to 12 years of experience in making music in bands and on stage, playing anything from Punk, Hardcore, Thrash and deathmetal. The RAW-style obviously is METAL, with a little Crust, Hardcore but mainly THRASH. But it's not an unidentifiable mix of genres or another boring metalcore band. RAW are simply METAL. But as usual, you best listen yourself. So now the guys are looking for support of any kind, be it reviews in zines, booking for shows or even a record-deal. The guys are nice and modest. So if you like the songs on this site and feel like supporting RAW, please contact us. MOSH !!!
