FUEL was established in Chicago in 1998 by dj Andre Solaris as means of promoting true underground clubbing events that are driven by top quality global house music. Since then and until now the FUEL Crew has organized and produced over 130 events that have always relied on one basic principle. To create a relaxed and ultra cool vibe with elaborate lighting and visual installations and play the most uncompromising and mainstream-free House music on the best sound system in the city. Through this purist approach FUEL and its member DJs have gained respect and huge following with clubbers flocking even the most unlikely places where events have been held. Currently, FUEL features resident DJs Andre Solaris, Nosmo, and Rikler. The FUEL Crew have been hosting parties with different names at many of Chicago’s top nightclubs, outdoors, and even on boats transforming each venue with their trademark mind-twisting audio-visual production. The events named DEPARTURES became the flagship of FUEL productions. The true essence of FUEL can only be realized by experiencing it first hand and to be surrounded by like-minded individuals, all immersed in the thickness of ultra high quality sound, is truly amazing.
