FuFu kommen aus Dortmund und spielen seit fünf Jahren in der klassischen Besetzung Gesang, Gitarre, Bass und Drums zusammen. Der eigenwillige Stil bewegt sich irgendwo zwischen angstlosem Pop und balladesquem Songwriting. Die ehrlich-authentische Darstellung von Stimme, Text und Musik versprüht zweifelsohne einen besonderen Charme; bleibende Melodien mit feinsinnigen deutschen Texten führen quer durchs emotionale Kopfkino.
In FuFus Mitte steht eine starke Stimme, die unterstützt wird mit sowohl akustischer- als auch Stromgitarre zu abwechslungsreichen, tanzbaren Beats. Fufurios bietet die Band samt jazzigen Spuren und alternativen Elementen ein modernes, selbständiges Programm voller Ausdruck und Leidenschaft.

Die Band ist lokal bekannt und hat sowohl in zahlreichen Locations in Dortmund, als auch im Großraum Ruhrgebiet gespielt. 2006 wurde FuFu von der Stadt Dortmund für das Popcamp in Berlin vorgeschlagen.
