Anyone who knows me well is aware that I don't like rollercoasters.
I don't mind the climb, it's the coming down part that gets me, when you can't control the twists and turns and swift descent. You just have to trust what you're in.
Instead of peacefully going with the flow of the ride, I flinch and fight all the way through to the end.
The Lord’s not only pointing us toward our bright future, but He's about to take us there quickly. However, you must know that the trip won't be a smooth, straight shot. You'll find He's carrying you in and out, through and around, over, up and down...right to where He has ordained for you to be.
God is now pressing fast forward. The question is, "How will you proceed?" Will you resist or will you make the most of those bumps and loops you must travel through to get to the other side? Will you complain about the speed or will you do what's necessary to keep up? Will you grumble about the curves and drops, or will you seize the opportunity in them?
These last weeks of 2009 are a critical bridge to what lies ahead for you. Don't get caught up in the uncertainty of the ride. Just trust God while you go. Turn your focus toward the moment in His presence and be confident you're heading in the right direction, His direction.
As you buckle your seat belts and prepare for the journey...

You dont need Pastor or Prophet to cast out devils and to lay hands on the sick for them to recover but you need a hunger more than a comfort. you need compassion more than slacken. AWAKE!!
