About me:
I'm just a regular Joe with a regular job. I'm your average white suburbanite slob. Okay, I'm not really going to go there, but I'll tip my hat to anyone that knows what that's from. That is, if I'm wearing a hat. Nevermind if the guy is a hack.
Anyway, I suppose you might want to know about me. Why else would you be here? I do not know. For starters, my name is Mitch. I have lived in Arizona my entire life. I spent my early years on the east valley but have been stuck out on the west valley for a little more than the latter half of my existence.
I'm a rather laid back and easy going guy. People that don't know me may think that I am serious or rather stoic, but I am quite different around people that I really know. I am mostly a fan of rock music and its galaxy of sub genres. Tool, Stabbing Westward, and Nine Inch Nails are the three bands that really got me into music. I'd have to say my absolute favorite band would have to be The Dreaming. I will still listen to just about anything barring country or rap/hip-hop/R&B. Nothing against them, they're just not for me. I'm somewhat of a big movie fan. I wouldn't call myself a film buff, but I have been told many times that I have good taste in movies. Though I will admit that there are some questionable titles that I have come to like. There's no particular genre I really sway to. Horror is the only genre that I really do not care for, save for the Evil Dead. I'm also a passing fan of video games, comics, and anime. Call me a nerd, geek, or whatever. I won't disagree, but I'm not going to hide my hobbies.
More to come if/when I feel like adding it.
Who I'd like to meet:
I've met God across his long walnut desk with his diplomas hanging on the wall behind him, and God asks me, "Why?"
Why did I cause so much pain?
Didn't I realize that each of us is a sacred, unique snowflake of special unique specialness?
Can't I see how we're all manifestations of love?
I look at God behind his desk, taking notes on a pad, but God's got this all wrong.
We are not special.
We are not crap or trash, either.
We just are.
We just are, and what happens just happens.
And God says, "No, that's not right."
Yeah. Well. Whatever. You can't teach God anything.
Did you only get 1 picture? I thought I sent 3. I have about 3 more I think but gave up on trying to send them that night. It took forever and the next batch I tried 2x and gave up. I'll try again soon.
Aww man sucks for you. lol. You should check em out. They are from Sweeden. They'll be back in the States June 7th. Bam Margera made a record company just so he could sign them. They are in my friends.
Was that in California? Have you ever heard Vains Of Jenna? They'll be here in July on the 3rd. They're a lot of fun. We can talk location closer to the date. Did you want it autographed?
Coolio. I'll just pay for it at the show then and I'll meet you on that Wednesday somewhere arouund the 101and 202 connectionish. And you can just pay me for it when I give it to you! Want me to get them to autograph it for you?
Oh.....ok, I see Julienne k is after The Sammus Theory show. When will you be heading down there? I see it's a Wednesday. That's one of my days off. I live pretty close to where the 101 and the 202 connect.
They were just here on the 10th @ Martini Ranch. We were going to go but Dakota couldn't get anybody to go with her because it was a school night. She was really bummed. I tried a little to get her to go with just me but I was having surgery the next day be @ hospital 5:30. They didn't go on until 10:00
yeah no problem. Not sure of the best way to handle the money and exchange of the cd. You live in Buckeye right? I mailed a Dreaming cd to a woman in Texas can't remember how much it cost though. Seems like around $3 but not positive : /
