Full Moon is a rock, rhythm and blues band with a wide variety of musical interests and a flair for crowd involvement. Their shows include music ranging from Stevie Ray Vaughan and B.B King to Santana and Hendrix. Full Moon was initially Byron and John’s band, and Greg joined when the original bass player retired. Greg and Byron had played in a band called Good Grief and asked Francisco to join the band in 2000 when their guitarist had to leave. Francisco and Byron have played for many years in many bands, but when Johnny flipped his Harley, Byron and Greg called Francisco to fill in with Full Moon. John recovered after a few months and they decided to merge both bands (Good Grief and Full Moon) and that has been the current lineup since the summer of 2002. _______________________________________________________________
The trademark of the band is their willingness to entertain and play the kind of music the crowd wants to hear. They have the unique ability to adjust the show to fit almost any situation from small club to large stadium concerts. The initial song lists consisted of mostly cover tunes with a few originals thrown in for good measure, but now that they have a good foundation and enough songs to have a unique show every night, they are writing more tunes. Greg recently built a recording studio in his basement so original CDs are in the near future. Events
