WILL YOU BE JOINING US AT BELMONT HIGH SCHOOL ON FEBRUARY 26TH? IT’S JUST OVER A MONTH AWAY… This is to remind you that Project Great Futures will be helping to coordinate a Peace and Social Justice Career and Information fair at Belmont High School near Downtown L.A. on February 26, 2009, from 11:30am to 2:30pm. We really want you to be a part of it, but I have only heard from a few organizations so far. Let’s commit to making this event a great success and changing some students' lives! IT’S TIME TO R.S.V.P. (please) and spread the word, if you haven’t already. If you know of any other organizations, especially those, like yours, working with youth on environmental and other social justice issues, that you think might like to participate, (even just by sharing information, brochures, etc...) email me with their contact info and I will contact them. They don't have to have a flashy table or display. Just good information to help inspire youth and help them learn about real, positive opportunities and paths for their futures.
