I am 35 years old but inside I’m a pink 10 year old boy!! =)

Career:

As of December 2010, I have obtained my Graduate (Master’s), Degree in Organizational Leadership.

Goals:

My goal is to “endure until the end,” the tests of the Lord thy God.

The study of investing was a huge part of my life and currently I am observing. My novice year is over (Nov 2006 – Nov 2007), and I am an amateur. This amateur status will be with me for the rest of my life unless I am professionally paid.

Writings:

1. My writings contain thoughts, ideas, wit, money and comedy.
2. I think about "out there," things sometimes so if you do not like that stuff, just ignore it.
3. My Disclaimer - On weekends if you see a posting from 8pm - 4am on a Friday or Satuday, I am probably drunk. You will probably get more crazier stuff from me at these times.

My Business Plan:

Mission –

1. To bestow a lead guitar metal rock music.
2. To use my strategy over the fourth part of the Earth.
3. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
4. As for the number 3 mission statement above, if I am – I am. If I am not, I am not. I am going to play guitar and let the Lord thy God decide my life.
5. Always be a fan.

Team –

Many parts of my team I already have which includes an Attorney, Intellectual Property Attorney, Accountant, Online Broker, Retail Banker, Business Banker and Psychiatrist. As more are needed I will add them.

Leadership-

My leadership and strength are a big part of what will make the band a success. Not only will I have the product which is my tremendous guitar playing. My attitude and strength will be “fun to watch,” as I am seen by more and more people.

I will also rely on the leadership of certain individuals within my business structure to augment the leadership that I already have.

Cash flow Management –

As a business design a corporation and limited liability companies (LLC’s), through my corporation will be needed to be formed. The corporation will handle most of the investments which will include business, religious, poor and political investing while I will have three LLC’s. One is music; one is intellectual property and another is for land.

Communications –

There are five types of communication that are needed for a company.

1. Communication to investors
2. Communication to potential investors
3. Communication to employees
4. Communication to consumers who have bought your product
5. Communication to consumers who have not yet bought your product

Systems –

This is the process of how you handle the person who is not a customer all the way through to person wanting to return your product.

Legal Management –

This is to make sure that everything that is made is properly protected and can maintain that protection.

Product –

If all the above is perfectly in line then putting out a great product is next. This is probably the best (and most fun), step of all of the business structure.
