Function Cease hailing from the Sunshine Coast (Australia) bring you their unique direction in metal. Whether its the one finger salute to the mainstream world, their unrelenting aggression or an array of extreme emotions, they are a brutal smack to the face.
The young band consists of brothers Nelson (Drums) and Tristan (Guitar) as well as Joe (Guitar), ????? (Bass) and ????? (Vocals). Together they bring a mix of emotion, reason and expression and create a unique vehicle for a new vision of metal.
Since forming in 2005 Function Cease have shared the stage with such respected artists as: Nile (US), Decapitated (Poland), Amon Amarth (SWE), Alchemist, Blood Duster, Tourettes, Mortal Sin, Daysend, Lord, Terrorust, Fuck I'm Dead, The Day Everything Became Nothing, Five Star Prison Cell, I Killed The Prom Queen, Pod People, Sinate (N.Z) and have played such festivals as Metalstock 07, Halloween Hellfest 06 and Abducted Festival 07.
