  • Christian Death & Eths

The musical equivalent to a graveyard, that could well be Christian Death whose funereal garlands added a splash of colour to the Underworld recently. Support band Eths had plenty of life in them too and certainly put on a deranged performance.

Here are some photos from the show, all are strictly copyright to Pete Woods any abusers shall suffer atrocities!

Full review coming soon at www.metalteamuk.net

  • Churches and Graveyards in Wiltshire

Thought it was about time to put up some shots in line with the funeral portraits name of this page. Been taking some shots in Wiltshire recently and experimenting with all the settings on a new camera, these are the results.

  • Fields Of The Nephilim

Fields Of The Nephilim recently reuinited after a massive 17 year gap and although Carl McCoy is the only former band member, 2 ceremonies at Shepherds Bush Empire saw the band gelling and getting to grips with different sets spanning their history. As far as I am concerned highlights were the Elyzium material on the first and Dawnrazor songs on the second night, but it was all fantastic and I wish the sound was this crystalline at every concert I went to.

Here is a gallery, the best I could shoot round the plumes of dry ice, a review will follow on www.metalteamuk.net in a couple of weeks.

Photos are all copyright Pete Woods, anyone found using without permission will be rolled in flour, flattened and cooked into a pancake.

  • London Deathfest

    London Deathfest Photos 2008

Some things are inevitable in life and one such thing is the annual Deathfest, London's extreme festival at The Underworld put on almost religiously by Arcane Promotions.

This year some favourite UK faces popped out the woodwork to open things up in style and we were visited later in the day by some heavy hitters from further flung shores.

No matter what anyone thinks about the new Cryptopsy album 'The Unspoken King' with it's clean vocals, there were none being crooned on their set and if you want to read a proper review of the whole show check out www.metalteamuk.net over the next couple of weeks.
