Funkn' Junction is a 5-piece instrumental funk band from southwest Virginia. Comprised of some of the best talent in the area, this group churns out aggressive versions of classic funk hits from Grant Green, Herbie Hancock, James Brown, Jimmy Smith, John Scofield, the Meters and many others.
The professional musicians in Funkn' Junction have shared the stage with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Bela Fleck & the Flecktones, Medeski Martin & Wood, Dr. Lonnie Smith and many others.
